3 MONTHS AND STILL CANNOT REDEEM POINTS!
So, after two "maintenance" sessions, I still cannot redeem rewards points. After reading member's posts on AARP Community, it is clear that AARP does not care.
I am trying a new tactic - contacting Markel directly. They are the administrator of AARP Rewards. Contact Us | Markel
Maybe if we ALL contact them every single day the rewards program will finally be fixed????

Sophie @SophieP768311 , BOTH Merkle and AARP are to "blame". Yes, some "issues" are probably just Merkle but AARP does have some "control" over other issues.

I belong to a group of about 40 people. There are many of us that use AARP. We did have some people with the same issues. They eventually were able to redeem their points but unfortunately it did take about 7 months to get resolved. I know this can't feel good but try to hang in there for another 4 months, max. I am curious as to what happens so please keep updates on here. I share them with our group so we can learn or at least try.

Sophie @SophieP768311 , AARP probably "signed" a contract with Merkle and will "hopefully" SWITCH companies when it expires. 🤞
