I called my best friend yesterday to talk about our past over the past years together. We talked about his service in Vietnam where he was wounded and received a Purple Heart. Yesterday was Purple Heart day to honor all of our wounded Veterans over the decades!  Jerry is on the left side of the photo with his arms crossed.
