Do you Need to Be A Member To Post in This particular Community Boards Section?

Hello all.  I’ve got a question as to who may post in the Community Boards,  Current members ? Or does this also include the general public?  Thank you.

A person does NOT have to be a member of AARP to post in this Community - just have to abide by the rules of posting.
