Well it's four years later and I can't figure out how to post either, only to reply, like this. There's no listing of "My profile" anywhere.
I want to complain about the Barclays credit card. Those people are idiots, Chase was way better and I resent being forced to shift. Barclays has NO RECORD of a balance transfer check I sent on that account to AmEx, even though AmEx does. I've used those checks successfully several times, but this time Barclays returned it and refused to pay. It's right there on my AmEx statement, but calling Barclays to find out why they returned it wasted 30 minutes of my time being transferred to 3 people in customer service and one in security (who knows why I got sent there--security didn't), none of whom can find any record of this transfer attempt! A bank that can't keep records of all its transactions? No thanks! I'm cancelling my account. AARP you really screwed up by leaving Chase.

Thanks to the person who kudo'ed me--I got an email telling me that, clicked on the post link in the email, and presto chango! It took me to a page where the mysterious "MyProfile" tab is located, plus My Settings and other stuff for--Community! But on the AARP home page and other pages, there's no link for Community. Huh? AARP, your website needs some serious revisions, and there are lots of good programmers out there. And lots of good retired ones, some of whom might even help you out for free. Please fix this so it's a lot more user-friendly.

I forgot to mention about Barclays--not only are they incompetent, they are also NOT senior-friendly. Nearly every one of the four I spoke to today talked way too fast and I had to keep asking them to slow down and enunciate clearly, since there was loud clicking on the line, which annoyed them. Excuse me? I'm the customer. And this is supposed to be a service for SENIORS, right? It gets an F in my book just for that.

So I just phoned AARP at 866-677-1563 and told them all about this encounter with Barclays. I encourage anyone else who has similar problems to call and they will take down your complaint, either as a formal complaint if you need restitution, or, like mine, just to let them know how lousy Barclays is. If you don't complain they can't know there's a problem, and it will take enough numbers to make a difference. The call took less than 10 minutes, once I got past the robot to a human.

Thank you for helping @RichardK1086 out a lot @cat0w!
@RichardK1086 - You have come to the right place. Just to reiterate...
The easiest way to put in your information is to go to "my profile" towards the navigation on the top of the community homepage. (see screenshot below).
Once you have done that you can fill out your online community profile and hit "update." (see screenshot below). Note: You can also change your username and profile picture through this page as well.
In order to put a picture in your post. You hit the camera button above the text body (seen screenshot below).
From their you can upload images from your computer into your text body. I hope this helps! Have a good one.

Have you looked at the top right of the page? You should see what looks like and envelope icon, that's for your mail/messages. Next to that you will see My Profile, My Settings, Guidelines, Help and Forums. Look at all of that.
To change things in a topic/post use the ribbon/toolbar icons to select what you want to do.
You can create Macros like the one above.
Too expand the toolbar click on the three dots.
See example image below. Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it.
