I forgot to mention about Barclays--not only are they incompetent, they are also NOT senior-friendly. Nearly every one of the four I spoke to today talked way too fast and I had to keep asking them to slow down and enunciate clearly, since there was ...

Thanks to the person who kudo'ed me--I got an email telling me that, clicked on the post link in the email, and presto chango! It took me to a page where the mysterious "MyProfile" tab is located, plus My Settings and other stuff for--Community! But ...
