My suggestion is to check your Medicare Advantage plans for the area you live in.

Have you checked with United Healthcare to see what plans they have? Do they have a Medicare Advantage Plan? My Medicare Advantage Plan pays for one eye exam each year. I live in Texas and have Baylor Scott and White Medicare Advantage.

Do you have a home network? Are both devices on it? If yes, try a reboot of your router. Make sure your computer and printer are both on when you reboot your router.
