won an Instant Win today, havent received the email

In the past, these confirmation prize emails were received within seconds of winning...Now, with all these other tech problems being reported,  I'm glad I snapped a pic of the screen.   Yep, I won an instant win today and no confirmation email has been received and its been hours

I redeemed points last week for card, never got it, called aarp today, said it would be resent, now 12 hours later still nothing...another call tomorrow...

HEY AARP  You want me to reup but you have not sent me this card.  Not a good way to keep your customer base.  I have my reup sitting here ready to send, just do your part NOW  Making me wait another 7-10 days while your escalation team dilly dallies is not the way to encourage membership.  Prove you can step to the plate and send me my card then my reup gets mailed.

check with your escalation team,  that is where it was sent this afternoon after my third chat on this, 1 yesterday and 2 today.  If they can't tell you anything and you truly can help me in less than the 7-10 business days I was quoted today, send me another secret agent reply

so nothing after 15 minutes and another chat said it will be sent to escalation!  Is anything working at aarp?  And of course instead of 15 minutes it is now 5-10 working days....by the time I get this gift card they will be out of business.

[2/11/25] @BtW751689 as long as people CONTINUE to "run after" AARP to receive stuff they bought or redeemed for = there is no reason for them to IMPROVE. If people would STOP feeding into all this, AARP would be FORCED to (1) update THIS SITE and Awards Site. (2) Listen to and help instead of the We are sorry - Send us a Private Message which some can't due to their tab missing since 2024 - Then wait 5 to 10 business days, use to be 3 to 5 business days - NO HELP - Repeat. Anyway, there is NO way I would continue to do biz with an organization that does NOT "value" my biz. AARP use to be decent many many years ago. Just my 1/2 cent. 🙃
