"Not Provided" is now a common article comment name

For weeks now most commenters to AARP articles are being listed with the commenter name, "Not Provided."  Is there a fix for this problem?  I've tried changing my community name to see if that would cause the comments to reread my handle, but the update throws an "something went wrong, try again later" message.

Hi roachme,

Thank you for bringing the "Not Provided" user to our attention. We are actively investigating the matter. AARP Darryl

I have tried all of that and tried a new computer that had never been used.  Problem persists across all platforms.  Apparently it is a comment script interface problem.

I'm experiencing the same Not Provided as well.  I've tried all your trouble shooting steps but still get the same response.

Same here. It started around the time that AARP was doing an upgrade to rewards. Maybe it's related to that?

and articles that previously allowed comments have no option for that.
