AARP Now APP Crashes

Wife and I just signed up for AARP. Both of us downloaded the AARP on our android phones. My phone is a Samsung S20 FE hers is an LG V30.  AARP Now app crashes as soon as it launches after setup is complete. Totally worthless app.  Any pointers on getting the app working?

@JohnB933746 Welcome to our family, John! Let me help. Did the app allow you to log in initially to complete the setup? Please let me know if you received any error messages or any further details that may assist me with investigating this.

 

Please uninstall and then reinstall the AARP Now app and try logging in again. Go to aarp.org/now to download the latest version of the app.Thank you!
