No points for videos 03/31/23

Rewards for Good is not awarding points for watching videos; after watching, gives me a message that I already completed the activity and therefor no points.  However, I had NOT previously watched the videos and they were not checked off when I clicked on them.  Grrr.

Twice I tried clicking on the link above for the article points-weren't-added, but only got a message that there "may be an issue" with displaying this article.

did you check your transaction history?  I have had that happen too, but when I checked history I did in fact get credit.
