This has happened to me again - (can't see how to post this the normal way)I 'm trying to catch up on the Weekly Quizzes. I did the one for 9/4/25 three times, but didn't get the points for it. I was successful with the ones for 9/11 and 9/18.

I usually set the earn videos to Earn Frequency. When I get to some of the later monthly pages, they appear as if my account is in Spanish, and I don't get any points for them! Certain other videos don't give me points either. I try to remember w...

I've been getting the moving letters lately, but still have to sign in again after every few videos I watch. Sometimes after watching only 1 more. It feels like AARP is trying to slow down or stop us from earning points.

When the letters would not appear, the speaker icon did not work either.Today the letters did appear each time, but I can't understand why I should have to sign in more than once, especially since I was continuously using the website.

Thanks, I do refresh the page, or leave it and come back, or shut it down and return later. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. But I still get "kicked out" after I watch a few videos, sometimes after each one. It's pretty frustrating in itself to ...
