No Points on 5/8

 I haven't received any points on the rewards games so far today, 5/8.

Looks like they fixed the issue.  I was able to earn points for a quiz right now.

I was NOT able to get points while checking this as well, while using the app with tablet..  Played Scramble Words.  No points.  Played through a second time just in case… no points.

NO POINTS!!  Every time there is a maintenance of the system something changes or doesn't work.  Who is contracted to do this system maintenance.  Perhaps a new contractor is required.  Disappointing

Good morning. I began with the two new quizzes which didn't award points. Based on everyone's comments, it looks useless for me to move on to the games this morning. Pitiful, isn't it!

@scoot455   Just what I came on to say!   Very frustrating to spend as much time as is required for Word Wipe and others not to get points.

Every time they have "maintenance", something is destroyed.

No points earned on watching a video either.  Seems that the site is not fully operational yet.

No points badges on any earn points activities at all

this always happens when they do maintenance

they just create more problems  😫

A very simple basic check after the maintenance was completed would have shown the IT team that all the point badges were gone, for games as well as for videos and quizzes. Most companies would not tolerate such a shoddy job!
