No Points for Challenge

I completed the Staying Sharp Fit and Fun Challenge but did not get any points. I tried logging off and on, did not help.

I do not believe I ever received points for the Staying Sharp: Fit and Fun Challenge.  I completed it long ago.  The circle with 2100 points is still red as if I never completed the challenge.  What else should I do to get the points?

Checking my transaction history there are 2 adjustments for 1050 points. Did you adjust my points on 12/11?

I completed it on 11/30 and got confirmation that the challenge was complete.

I also had completed all 8 'Walk' Challenges and did not receive 1050 pts. 8 check marks, no points. I hope the Community Concierge/ or other admin can resolve this problem. 😐
