@JaniceD954449 That response is so arrogant that it appears no one supervises the people who "help" via chat. It is one of the stock responses that means no responsibility will be taken for games that do not work as they should. Blame the customer, not the customer is always right. On this site, the customer is always wrong even if they aren't.
DOUBLE FRUSTRATION! I have posted numerous times that I don't get points for Codeword. I don't think it is anything to do with my computer/human error/not clicking the right thing, etc.
That is because on very rare occasions, it has given me points, maybe once a month. Last time a admin suggested I try playing it again. Of course you can't do that unless you have unplayed games. If I missed a day playing, I can go back and do that puzzle and occasionally get points on a second attempt but not always. Very frustrating that a game that has been identified as not giving points was chosen to be the double this week. Got my double points from Hurdle last week and would like to get that benefit this week.
