Yep looks like Wildfires issue gone now replaced by the Movies popping up all over the place.
And I have Many videos that show as not yet completed that when do I then do not get credit and they continue to show as not completed.
Also when link to start many of them for some reason a google translate box opens up at top that is set to default Spanish that I then need to select English.
What a time wasting train wreck of a supposedly member "benefit".....
I actually came here to report my findings on the video points issue. I have noticed (on my MacBook using Safari, anyway) that, if the scroll bar, when the video is playing, is red, you are not going to get your points. Don't waste your time if the scroll bar is red. I will soon be wasting less time, after my points level is whittled down to nothing. I had accumulated over 2 million points and I was maintaining that level for a long time, thinking that some day that might be worth something. Through Point inflation for sweepstakes com pared to the limit of how many points one can earn per day, I am already down to less than 1.5 million. Add to that, the loss of Carnival gift cards ( even thought you don't need points for them), my time at AARP may come to an end in the next year or so. Never won a sweepstakes and only once or twice a year getting an instant win of a $5 or $10 gift card, is not worth my time. I'll keep doing the videos to keep some level of points, until they zero out, since I have the time, but I can find better things to do with that time.
AARP, if you ever get everything workin g properly, stop trying to make improvements. It's beyond your capability to do so without screwing something up.
Same problem here on running the app on Android device. View the video and no points. It was working ok before the updating the app on April 11, 2025. Since mid Nov 2024, the rewards app has been broken, it's way past time to get expert help to fix the problems.
