Earning points

What is the problem with your site? I haven't earned points for playing members games in about a week. I play 3 games daily & keep getting a message when I submit the game that they're having a problem & should check back in a few minutes. Are other people having an issue besides me?

I see you are rather new to this rewards program so I am sorry to say we ( all the members, well most) have issues with this program & this has been an on going problem for quite sometime.

just visit the different forums & read a few of the post that have been submitted in the past & you will see this program has a lot of serious problems.

unless AARP decides to change the administrator running this program very soon chances are it will be regrettably discontinued.

 The problems started in mid Nov 2024 when a new software contractor took over the reward part of the app. AARP should bring back the old contractor to fix the major problems and properly train the new contractor.

Same here.  And today I'm getting a message that I missed getting points.
