Many rewards videos have incorrect link - take you to "5 Things to Know" instead of the actual video
Please, have the tech people on the website correct the link to many reward videos that take you to "5 Things to Know" rather than the correct video. Here is a list of video links I've clicked that are incorrect. Others many have more:
Poses to strengthen your spine
Use idle time to get toned
Start your day with a stretch routine
Simple moves to strengthen your hips
5 exercises for a total body workout
Stretch to ease foot and ankle pain
Try 3 moves to strengthen shoulders
Try 3 exercises to relieve back pain
Try 3 stretches for stronger knees
Try 3 moves to improve arch support
Relaxation: Port
Relaxation: Rock Pier
Relaxation: Coastline 2
Relaxation: River
Relaxation: Gorge
Relaxation: Godafoss
Relaxation: Countryside
Relaxation: Lakefront
Relaxation: Hot Springs
Relaxation: Trees
Relaxation: Coastline
Relaxation: Dettifoss
These are all "earn weekly" reward videos.

Tried the “Simple moves to strengthen your hips” video and no luck finding the video below the “Wildfire” error video. But, thanks for the hint.

FWIW (and I have not yet tried this method) AARP chat rep today told me that if I get the 5 things about wildfires video, just scroll down into the rest of the page and the correct video should be available. I can't try this until tomorrow's entry since right now everything on my page says I have completed all 50 pages which of course we know is impossible. So if you are playing hopscotch trying to find a video that isn't the wildfires, maybe this will work. Fingers crossed....

Thanks for all the work you’ve put in.
I hope @AARPConsumerCare have/will past this list
to IT. They know the videos are a mess but a list like
this may help IT recognize what these videos have in
common and fix them.

The fitness videos can be found at aarp.org/videos/health/fitness and the relaxation videos can be found at aarp.org/videos/health. But you have to search through multiple pages of videos to find these specific videos. Also, there are some relaxation videos that don't give points, so watch for that.
But I don't know why they can't fix all of the problems that are happening since the last maintenance, which was almost a month ago. Every time the site goes through maintenance, I think it can't be as bad as the last time, but they always manage to make things even worse.

I just find it hard to believe they have so many IT issues. Seems like they need a whole new staff that actually knows what they are doing. I haven't been able to redeem points for over a month (at least I can still earn them) and they tell me they've "escalated it" - to where????
