These posts get read but not many people reply. It made me wonder how many of us have been stopped from redeeming.  From what I've read lots of us are in an "it's been escalated" holding pattern. I guess we're not a priority.

Hello, Community Concierge. I'd appreciate if you could help me as well. I haven't been able to redeem for the past 2 or 3 days. Prior to this I couldn't redeem for more than two months at the end of last year.  Thank you.
