The promotion code for 50 bonus points does not work!

 

Even more frustrating - I was notified that I had won a sweeps prize and they would send it by FedEx.  More than a month later and several emails, and no prize!

These Extra Credit activities were problematic as usual and has become a normal occurrence to have technical difficulties.   After watching some of the videos, I got the following message: 

Sorry, no points this time.  We are currently experiencing difficulties in processing your request.  Please retry again.

 

It is not worth the time, effort, and frustration to repeat the activities.  These technical difficulties have been happening far too long.  Hope you can pass along my feedback to the proper channels.

I I agree. Used to spend substantial time each day on the the website. Now hardly any. Too many technical glitches. VERY aggravating.
