No Points Earned Due to Technical Difficulties

I got the dreaded "Sorry, no points due to technical difficulties" message tonight after watching a couple of videos.  It appears after the site maintenance, there are still technical issues.  Extra Credit Activities for October is coming at midnight, so I am not too optimistic.

I am getting that message today 10/6 on both quizzes and videos.

The technical difficulties are occurring more often despite the recent site maintenance.  It appears whatever changes were made, more technical errors were created.  Besides not being able to earn points on quizzes or videos, I am also getting technical errors when playing the Instant Win games.  Points are deducted for playing without actually being able to play.  The recent Extra Credit activities have also been problematic this month.  Our complaints/feedback seem to be falling on deaf ears.

Also, what are the technical errors that you're receiving when playing the Instant Win games? We are aware that extreme website traffic can affect the Extra Credit activities when they go live. Hi Janelle,

 

The technical difficulties that I am experiencing are the same technical errors other members have also complained about this past year.  I have written in great detail about the errors on other threads and don't wish to repeat like a broken record.   These errors are not  limited to only my account as many other members have also complained about having the same technical difficulties I am having.  It seems each time there is maintenance to the site or changes made, more errors are created.  I don't care about the missing points, but would appreciate if AARP tech support can fix the errors.
