you may be getting your points and it may say you are maxed out but check if you are getting your bonus if you are a member.  I was getting them ok then my most recent (and I max out daily) attempt did not award the bonus.  I just chatted with them and they said they are experiencing technical difficulties .  Look under transaction history and see if you are getting the bonus or the standard.  Then act accordingly.
