Codeword not rewarding points this morning

Back to the same old inadequacies of point rewards not working.

Yup.  It worked for about a week & then yesterday, just stopped. If I look at my transaction history, says I didn't play.  If I go thru "earn points" It says I haven't played, but if I click on Codeword, it shows today's score.  How can AARP suck so bad?  When my subscription runs out, I certainly am not renewing.  & when you contact them, they give you a hard time & claim I'm doing something wrong.  Great customer service, eh?

To qualify for points, please ensure you complete the full round of the game and submit your score if the game serves you a Submit Score button. Points may be awarded based on various factors, including completion time, score, and other gameplay criteria. If you completed the game but didn't receive your points, I'd be happy to offer a one-time courtesy point adjustment. No, Codeword is not working properly. Every day for the past two weeks doesn’t reward points the first time I’ll go back and play an earlier game once or twice and finally get rewards but you don’t get the 50 point for the daily one of that day. So no, you are very incorrect. It does not work properly.

No points for codeword today, played today's game and went back to a previous game, still no points.

I didn't get points for completing Codeword this morning. The program worked fine for several days and now this problem again. I guess that long "maintenance" period, really didn't fix anything.

And yet so many of us get points every day by waiting a minute or two (not ideal but if it works)... what a dither...

Yes.  I have gotten points for Codeword once in the last week.  Not that often the weeks before.  Continuous problem.  If it were my computer, I'd never get points.   Other games usually work, so I'm pretty sure something is not programmed correctly in this one.

 I know this sounds quirky, but I have been successful in getting points for Codeword by waiting 60 seconds after I finish before submitting my score. I have received points every time I wait. I rarely received points before figuring this out.
