AARP stopped syncing with my Fitbit

AARP Rewards stopped syncing with my Fitbit account.  Steps are logged in the Fitbit app, but are not earning AARP rewards for over 5000 and 1000 steps.  I have disconnected and reconnected the link between AARP and Fitbit nd it is still not working.

We are investigating and will give you the points manually. Thanks so much for letting us know!

Ditto. 3 straight days. Pretty annoying when I leave enough wiggle room in accumulating points off quizzes and or videos in the event I do my running after accumulating points, and the points don't show up.  I'll be very interested to see if the weekly 30 mile bonus shows up tomorrow (Sunday).

They really oughta rename this program Murphy's Law, or better yet, Murphy's Law Maximized.
