AARP rewards activity points not calculating correctly

 

The balance of activity rewards points is not calculating correctly. I first noticed this in October, and had no luck with @CustomerCare, but I have been tracking it.

 

The data is copied and pasted from AARPs website. The balance column is calculated from the same set of numbers. The 1st column (white) shows my balance. The 2nd column (yellow) is what AARP showed October 6th. The 3rd column (lilac) is from December 10th. And today (salmon) is yet another miscalculated balance from AARP.

So the no luck thing with Customer Care…was there a response or no response. Could it be the servers not syncing possibly?  No points expiring I take it.  Odd how even with the date/time stamp you are getting these differences

 And the problem seems to be escalating.

Blue column is another balance with bad math.

 Now I'm guilty of bad data . . . I pasted the "15" twice. Ignore the blue column.
