AARP Rewards can't earn points by watching videos or taking quizzes since 6/11/20
I have not been able to earn rewards by watching videos or taking quizzes for 9 days. Don't get me started on not earning points because the AARP app just won't sync with my apple watch. That problem has been going on for over 6 months. I have allowed access through apple health and called multiple times and spoken with AARP rewards agents, tech support and problem sent to higher powers etc. Please don't suggest I do the simple things like clear my history on all browsers etc. After multiple conversations with tech support I have done it all with no success. Anyway I digress. After giving up on ever being able to earn points with my fitness tracker (apple watch) I am afraid it looks like the same persistent problem is now occurring with earning points through watching videos and taking quizzes. Is anyone else having problems earning rewards points? Is it just Apple products? I have called AARP rewards and notified them of this problem (not earning points for watching videos and taking quizzes) many days ago and spoken with the agent answering the phone then tech support then the problem gets sent up the chain of command with a case number and still no solution. A few other people have posted about not being able to earn rewards points for watching videos and taking quizzes I just wanted to see if the problem is more pervasive. Please reply if you are having similar problems.

When I take a quiz my points update right away. After watching a video they do not. I have to log out and then log back in to get my updated points score. This is an ongoing problem and I do not understand why they haven't been able to fix it. Very aggravating. I am using Chrome on an HP laptop.

For a short time yesterday afternoon (June 26) , the black banner dashboard was updating, and I was able to view the transaction history. Yay! However, later in the evening, the dashboard no longer updating and error message returned when trying to view the transaction history. So disappointing.

Hi Michele & Mary Ann: Welcome to the AARP Rewards Program new normal. These type of complications with our rewards program has been an ongoing problem for some time. Management has no intention of correcting them any time soon. They are just taking a wait and see attitude, hoping itโs members will stop complaining ๐ ( Not a chance) ๐
