AARP REWARDS UPDATES COMING SOON

Site Maintenance Scheduled for November 15th - November 18th

 

Thank you for being part of AARP Rewards. You're at the heart of everything we do, and we care deeply about providing you with the best possible experience. That's why we're excited to announce new AARP Rewards enhancements coming soon.

 

AARP Rewards enhancements include a new personalized dashboard where you can track your activities, easier ways to find new rewards. To bring these improvements to life, we'll perform scheduled maintenance from Friday, November 15, 2024, until Monday, November 18, 2024.

 

During this period, the entire AARP Rewards site will be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely thank you for your patience.

I am hopeful the new enhancements will be able to target and fix the numerous errors that we are currently experiencing without creating new errors and problems.  It is worth the wait if it is guaranteed that we will have a seamless transition to an enhanced site with a better member experience.

Will the enhancements address the AWFUL month-end midnight PERFORMANCE and BUGS???

with many of us not being able to redeem our points for several days and with multiple tickets "escalated" with no results after the five day window, how will this enhancement help?  You are already raising prices--for what?  So that we can not redeem our points?  So that we can see how many points we have that we can't use?  So that we can look but not touch?  Get real AARP you have too many members telling you of the problems and you keep saying it is isolated cases yet you shut down your site right after this happened and still say it is not your fault.  To tell us it will be fixed in five business days and it is not?  To make it so difficult to PM you with our info and then when we do nothing changes?  Do I need to add more?!
