FITBIT WONT CONNECT ANYMORE

Anyoen else having a problem with getting their FITBIT to connect and earn points for walking, etc????  I noticed last week I wasn't getting any points for 5000 & 10000 steps.   I've tried everything and it still wont connect.   Is this another system wide issue??

I have been having trouble getting points from my Fitbit for at least a couple of months. I got help from someone through chat, but we never got it to work. I am able to sync my Fitbit (after struggling to), but I’m not receiving any rewards. I hope that someone is looking into this since it seems to be fairly common. 🤷‍♂️
