You would think with all the reports on these pages of all the problems and all the "send me a private message" replies that SOMEONE at aarp might be actually concerned. Like how does this happen to so many members yet the same problem keeps getting reported. Oh yeah, I forgot, they all went to "show me the money, too bad about our bad skills" school. Too bad they can't just say "Our bots made a mistake and we will reinstate ALL members and start fresh" No more of this secret agent replies . And once you reply that is it. You are ghosted and no one communicates with you again because YOUR CASE IS CLOSED.
