Unable to process your redemption request

Here we go again! 11/20/2024 and still get "Unable to process your redemption request"...and may I ask...what did your IT guys fix and make better????

It's 12/17 and I still can't redeem my points, getting that same "unable to process your request" message that you were.
AARP help told me to check my inbox for a link from them, guess what also isn't loading? The AARP inbox! Any other ideas?

You would think with all the reports on these pages of all the problems and all the "send me a private message" replies that SOMEONE at aarp might be actually concerned.  Like how does this happen to so many members yet the same problem keeps getting reported.  Oh yeah, I forgot, they all went to "show me the money, too bad about our bad skills" school.  Too bad they can't just say "Our bots made a mistake and we will reinstate ALL members and start fresh"  No more of this secret agent replies .  And once you reply that is it.  You are ghosted and no one communicates with you again because YOUR CASE IS CLOSED.

Middle of the day 11/20 and Reward Redemption still not working....yes, now going to be over 1 month and no resolution....just words, words, words....maybe cancelling our AARP memberships will get their attention.
