Rewards down, again?

 Any idea on when the "newest" maintenance will be done for the rewards? I've encountered this issue 6 different times over the last two weeks. Trying to buy gift cards and nothing.

It ays you can still earn points but I don't see how--I'm kinda slow and all being a boomer

[9/9/25] Good Morning @RDP1951 , AARP sent out an email last Friday with links to earn. Our very "helpful" Andrew @andrewtoo has posted "additional" links. Hopefully we will be able to "redeem" SOON. Nicole!

[9/14/25] @samspade06 , I "deleted" the AARP Email with "links". As mentioned in my "previous" post, a member (Andrew) has posted "links" that have worked for him. I think it is still down as of Monday 8 Sept. I wonder if it has been subject to a hack? I do not have any specific reason to think so other than the fact that it has been down for about 1 week now

My rewards window has never loaded since day one....I can see my points on my main page but when i go to try and redeem....all it does is spin as if it is loading ๐Ÿ˜ž

[9/7/25] @md27112399 , remember AARP clocks out at 8pm ET on Fridays. Clock back in at 8am ET Mondays. I am sure fixing the Rewards Site has NOT been a priority. Oh well, maybe they will surprise us & have it fixed tomorrow (Monday).  ๐Ÿ™„  Nicole!

  Thatโ€™s very true, but honestly even 5 days is excessive!  Is it the end of the world?  No, not at all, but I do utilize rewards often, so itโ€™s just frustrating.  Like you said, letโ€™s hope for tomorrow ๐Ÿ˜Š

I realize this is all free and I appreciate what I get so really feel bad about complaining--But--this website really does suck. I've said it before--get rid of the boomers (I can say that because I am one) and hire some Zoomers to fix it

The most frustrating part is that it says until January 2025... but it's September 2025. So no idea how long it will be down for.
