@SharonT957261   Click on your User Name and using the drop down menu click on My Account. You will probably have to sign in again, then you can see all of your information. See example image below. Also see message 2, page one and the example image I posted. You can also scroll to bottom of page, see, In This Topic, and click on the images.

I agree with the other posts regarding finding your account number. I can call, but in this day and age your full account info should be available on your website and a card should be mailed.

I have the same problem.  I went to print my card to GET my account number, and it's asking me for my account number.  **bleep**!

No, it is not there. There is no way to get it and they don't send it in your welcome and benefits emails. IF you go to print your card, you have to enter your account number that you have no access to!  This is nothing but another f'ing shady government scam.

Yep, this is a total scam. They send you a zillion welcome emails and benefit emails but not one of them has your account number in them. Then, when you go to print it or order a card thru the mail, (which should be automatically sent), you have to enter your account number that you can't get access to! **bleep** kind of fricking government scam is this?

Why is it so difficult to access my account and my account number. Cannot call because it is Saturday. Isn't this supposed to.be a site for seniors? How is a senior supposed to navigate through the complexity of this site.
