With the exception of the Dashboard, it appears nothing has changed, or it is even worse. We are still getting the same old messages in Redeem ("technical difficulties") and in Earn ("We are experiencing a delay"). At present, it won't even allow me to do redeems because of the technical difficulties. The videos are still slow to load, and several that I watched never did credit. With regard to the Dashboard, it is laughable at the outset: It purportedly shows activity from November 17-23, but the figures are all wrong, and it was last updated November 15! I didn't expect much from this four-day update, and I wasn't surprised by the outcome.

I agree, no improvement. It was supposed to have faster load times, now when paging thru the earn list you get the swirling circle for about 30 to 45 seconds before the next page appears. The old software was faster. Too bad they just can't get it together and make the software work properly.
Agree 100%

Over and over and over again HORRID
Yes. And after getting that message on Throwback Thursday, I was very frustrated. Sometimes you can come back later and find it in transaction history but not that one. It did allow me to play again (lots of time for just 300 points) and get the points.
I think it's Hello World and not AARP techies who botch so much on this site. But AARP puts its name on it and should monitor them more closely.
