A couple of days ago I got an email that my account was fixed and I can now redeem rewards, they implied that I didn’t follow the guidelines, but didn’t give me anything specific. I reviewed the guidelines and I can’t understand what I could have don...

My Preferences tab does not contain a Private Messenger tab. It goes from Privacy to Kudos and no Private Messenger.
