Did not receive gift card

On 3/28 I redeemed 14,000 points for a $5 Michael’s gift card but never received it. How do I get it sent to me?

Once again I redeemed points on 4/20 but did not receive the email with the gift card (Office Depot card). It is weird that I get them sometimes but not others. I have checked my spam folder and done a search across all of my email folders. Who do I email to get the one that is missing? Thanks!
