Same for us.  We both ordered the Home Depot card.  Points were subtracted but we never received them.

Once again I redeemed points on 4/20 but did not receive the email with the gift card (Office Depot card).  It is weird that I get them sometimes but not others.  I have checked my spam folder and done a search across all of my email folders.  Who do...
