We're retired, and live in our CCRC.... Liberty village, Peru, Il. Cape Cod... we loved it... Falmouth and also Martha's Vineyard. "1720 House"... rented @ $90Mo. in 1962. Now rents for $8400/wk in AugustAll on the water are getting more expensive...

I am retired @83, ... Bought into our CCRC here: Liberty Village back in 2004, while we were still snowbirding to Florida... We lit, feel comfortable for the rest of our lives, for whatever may happen. We live in a "Villa"... a regular 1500 s.f. h...

Re: Volunteering...It was thirty years ago in my early 50's, but I remember well. It was easy to get involved. Everything I liked... Joined the SBA, and ran a small business class for newbies. This led to speaking engagements and one on one counse...
