Good luck with that. I know a few people who have had the same issue for many months, with no resolution. It is a major issue now and many new members are having the same issue. Not many people are having any luck at all.

Please don’t expect any solution. They are currently doing the same thing to a friend of mine. A friend has been a member for 4 months and can’t redeem their points. They’ve contacted them on bot and phone over a dozen times. They will not resolve th...
