new member, unable to redeem rewards. Why is this happening

I can earn points put not redeem them  Told by chat that an escalation ticket will be made.  I will keep a tally to see how long it takes.  Obviously I won't be able to redeem for Feb.

Please don’t expect any solution. They are currently doing the same thing to a friend of mine. A friend has been a member for 4 months and can’t redeem their points. They’ve contacted them on bot and phone over a dozen times. They will not resolve the issue. It’s an extremely simple fix. It takes minutes.

the multiple replies indicating FRAUD was performed by members makes one wonder how the heck can a person who has only been a member for 10 minutes be accused of this?  From what I am reading this fraud issue is the scapegoat and any member might be accused of this.
