Not getting rewards for steps

All of a sudden I am not getting points for steps.  It shows my Apple Health is synced ( I even unsynced and resynched). It had given me points every other day the last 4 days (my apple health shows I have walked 5000 or 10000 each of those days). AARP was never able to fix the Fitbit sync issue which started about a year ago,  so I gave up and started using Apple health. It requires my synching my Fitbit to Apple health through another app…. So it is a pain….. but now I’m not getting all my points !!!! Beyond frustrating that this app is such a mess on so many levels.
