Everyone who still cannot sync their fitbit or other device

Please if you still aren’t getting your rewards for syncing your Fitbit please contact AARP and insist they fix it or remove it from their advertising!  
They still have not fixed this after months and months. Keep saying they are working on it and will contact me. I know based on comments in this forum I am not the only one. 
Maybe if enough people contact them they will do something about it. If you think it is just your problem you are probably wrong ( they want you to think that and not contact them). They will take you through a huge rigamarole and it still  won’t work. Then they will tell you they will look into it and contact you. DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THAT TO HAPPEN!  Contact them again and again.  Maybe if they are spending enough time putting everyone off they will finally realize it would be better to just spend the time to fix it or take it down.
