"I am also in this Club" - AARP has been "escalating" for me since March 4th. Been an AARP Member since 2006. Time to cancel, but I'm sure they wouldn't care.

Just called AARP agent again. My "Unable to Process Your Redemption Request" is still being Expedited since my first call on March 4th. This is frustrating - 20 days and still no help.

I too am having the same problem. Haven't been able to redeem points since Feb. 27th. I have spoken with AARP customer service twice. They have been escalating this problem since March 4th.
