Moving from Business Analyst to Customer Service

I retired about three years ago after over 10 years as a Business Analyst. Although I have been enjoying the free time, I would like to find a job working from my home office in the field of customer service. The problem I am having is my resume reflects my experience as a Business Analyst and is not getting any serious considerations. Having my resume rewritten with more of a customer service twist is something I am looking at, but are there any other suggestions.

Hi Robert, might I suggest that you try some of the freelance sites that are looking for business analysts.  For example, the Business Talent Group and Catalant marketplace have opportunities for people with your skills.  These #freelance jobs are available right now.
