Thinking oh the Doobie Brothers made me think of Gary Moore. Not sure why but I miss his music. Here is one of my favs Still got the Blues.  Rip Gary. Hope you are with Phil in that band in the sky!

I'm listening and watching a DVD :  "The Doobie Brothers Live at Wolf Trap".  It was filmed in 2004  just after the Doobies reunited.  Most of the original members are present, especially the front men : Tom Johnston,  Pat Simmons,  and John McFee.

The quality of their harmonies is unbelievable, you swear it's 1975 again.  Much as I like the Beach Boys,  The Eagles, Three Dog Night, or Crosby Stills & Nash , NO group can harmonize like the Doobies. ! To listen to the opening of "Another Park Another Sunday" just gives the goosebumps.

Anyone heard this disc ?  If so how did you like it
