Yo! Moderators! A little help here???

When I try to redeem 50 points to have a chance to win a $10 Gift Card, I get a message that says, " You do not have enough points to redeem this reward"! Even though I have several thousand points!

 

Check out the other messages under different headings. I am not alone here.

 There is a message up where you would redeem points for a sweepstakes that they are having issues and are working to fix it.

Same here and I have over 2,400,000 points available!

 

Also tried AMZ sweeps and received same message.

Having the same issue. I just spent way too much time trying to redeem and get no where.

This website was once so much better than it is now. Too many glitches and no one seems to care. Plus, too many ads to my inbox.

 Having the same problem here.  Cannot redeem points on a sweepstakes.   Get a message that says "Unable to process your redemption request".  Just started today.

Oh good, glad it's not just me!  I have (believe it or not) over a million points, and it's telling me the same thing.  I wonder if it will take them weeks/months to get this glitch fixed, as it has with other glitches.
