Having the same issue. I just spent way too much time trying to redeem and get no where.This website was once so much better than it is now. Too many glitches and no one seems to care. Plus, too many ads to my inbox.

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of points being added to my account. The last time points were awarded to me was on December 9, 2023. With holiday prepping, celebrating and a vacation in the Smokies, I have accumulated A LOT of steps. Missing th...
