Won an instant win Sonic Gift card, but it was not sent to my email

  Last night, I won an instant win 10.00 Sonic gift card, and the message said that confirmation about the instant win had been sent to my email.  I received nothing in the email.  I waited 15 minutes, still nothing.  Since then,  I have been checking the spam folder, trash folder, and inbox - still nothing this morning.  With all the technical issues with the website, I did take a screenshot of the announcement I had won.  I would like to know how I can send the screenshot to the correct person at AARP who could help me redeem the gift card I won.

Check your dashboard. Instant wins show as savings. At least you'll know if you won something or not.

@revgalla

try the CHAT you may be able to send a pic that way, but I know you can send an attachment (pic of the screen shot) through private messaging. Send the PM to either AARP Teri or AARP Janelle M but avoid AARP customer care fer sure

I won the Applebee's this morning, have not received it yet, they usually come in minutes. I saw where someone else won and AARP said we have no record of it and that's the end of that I guess. I'll write them tomorrow with the winning time and they can check it.

I didn't take a screenshot unfortunately, though there should be some history of it..I won a Michael's and experienced the same. Hope you get your gift card! ❤️

@xoAmanda

Really smart move on you taking the screenshot, but AARP’s rules state a screenshot will not be accepted as proof of a win, even though these yahoos in consumer care ask for one before they will do anything.

amanda, sadly instant wins do not show in transactions history, only that you played the game. This keeps us in the dark and allows admin to decide if they want you to receive a gift card or not. IMG_0399.png
