Unable to process your redemption request

Please let me know if anyone can get the admin to fix the error "Unable to process your redemption request" . I'm so tired of this error.. and I hardly know anyone who has solved this problem...unable.PNG

I've had this problem for at least one month now. When I posted on these boards I received messages to provide my email address so it could be escalated. It's been escalated for weeks now but still no change. I've followed up their email several times but no response. Tomorrow I'm going to try calling. It's really frustrating. I know how you feel.
