AARP Eye Center
Well, just decided to say bye-bye to AARP site. Fortunately, I only have 130,000 points in my account. Perhaps I will check back sometime in 2025 and see if they were able to get their crap together and fix this issue. Too many IT issues with this site, on and off, and now this one turns out is the last straw for me.To find a points redemption gift card, then attempt to redeem and be denied is unacceptable. I cannot think of any other website that has so many issues....they just do not care!
Yep, I'm right there with you. This has been going on for a month now. Obviously they don't care enough to fix it. They're happy to get our money, but then they're equally happy to disrespect us and waste our time. I really do think I'm going to report this to various consumer protection agencies. Obviously AARP benefits in some way from our engagement in earning points, and then they fraudulently keep us from redeeming them.
