Carnival Cruise Gift Card Ecard

Update to original post - 11/21 Thursday morning my 5 - $500 ecards were delivered to my email. My husband’s 1 ecard for $100 has not been received yet. I’ll update as soon as I get the other ecard. 🙏🏻 Thank you to anyone that replied to my post. Also I hope anyone else having this issue gets it resolved ASAP! Not cool to play with people’s money!!

This morning I ordered 5 - $500 carnival ecards from my AARP account and my husband ordered 1 - $100 carnival ecard from his AARP account. Neither one of us has received the email with the ecards.

Both charges for each of our separate transactions have been deducted from our bank account. 

 

Last year when we ordered carnival ecards they were delivered to my inbox within a half hour of placing the order.

 

As of right now nothing has been delivered to either one of our inboxes or my spam folders.

 

I’m going to wait at least the possible 24 hour delivery time frame before I officially contact customer support.


Curious if anyone else had this problem?

@MelissaB519405 It can take up to 24 hours for you to receive your gift cards after you complete your purchase. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders within that time period, and add our email to your address book: email@email.aarp.org. - Caleb G.

Yes, and I'm so mad! It's been 24 hours and I still do not have my cards. It is not showing in my aarp transaction history. I contacted customer support and they said that the charge needs to clear before they will process. Called my company and they said it can take 3-5 days to process! So frustrating because the site was down over the weekend and now I don't know if I'll have the cards before my trip.
