!Unable to process your redemption request

 

I sent two PMs (1st of Feb and the 11th Feb).  I made a call (I think ten days ago), and my problem is still not fixed.aarp.jpg

Since they are not there during the weekend, nothing more will happen until the weekday.  They tell everyone 10 days I believe.  Not sure if they mean 10 working days, …so not counting the weekends in there.  Hope you get it resolved soon.

10 working days means two weeks but they have not been getting this fixes on the first pass.  Sometimes 3 or 4 times if you are lucky.  File a complaint with better business bureau for additional help.  Good luck.
